How to Install Wall Panels?

Installation of wood plastic composite siding generally involves the following steps:

Preparation:
Make sure the wall is flat, clean, and has no obvious bumps or damage. Prepare necessary installation tools, such as electric screwdrivers, saws, rulers, wall grinding tools, etc.

Install wooden frames(optional):
If the wall surface is uneven, you need to install wooden frames on the wall to ensure that the wall surface is flat and provide additional support. If the wall surface is flat (such as putty wall, tile wall, wallpaper wall, etc.), you can ignore this step.

Measurement and cutting:
Use a ruler or other tools to measure the area that the wallboard needs to cover to ensure the size is accurate. Based on the measurement results, use a saw or cutting machine to cut out the wallboard that meets the size, and you can also trim it according to the actual situation

Install wall panels:
Use wood glue or structural glue to ensure that the joints between the wall panels are tightly fitted, firm and reliable, leaving no obvious gaps.

Install metal buckle strips
Use a pneumatic gun to fix the metal buckle strips on the edge of the wall panel to facilitate the installation of the next wall panel. If it is a seamless splicing wall panel, this step can be ignored (seamless splicing requires a higher level of wall flatness)
